Refund policy

Quick note for our friends here!

- Currently, we are only taking customisations that involve tweaks related to the sizing of the shoes.

- Sizes that are customised, ie not provided on our existing size chart, will be done with an additional PKR 1000

- Returns are only accepted if you are exchanging the product with another. Charges will be added if the exchanged product is priced higher than the previous.

- Returns are entirely financed by the buyer: the return rider/ drop off is your responsibility and the second delivery for the product will be additionally priced PKR 500

- Our shoes and bags are hand crafted, please be understanding of the costs involved in the making; The price is fixed unless there is a sale/offer announced officially. 

- We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery orders.

- Our delivery partners are outsourced and can take up to 7 - 10 days to reach you after dispatch. Please be patient and understand that delays are not under our control post dispatch.
